About the role
- Evaluate internal and operational processes.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify problems or inefficiencies.
- Develop improvement proposals based on analyzed data.
- Update process documentation as improvements are implemented.
- Create or revise manuals, flowcharts, or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor the progress of continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure projects are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Manage quality, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee process management tools and systems.
- Use data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to generate insights into process performance and quality.
- Validate and interpret data to support strategic decisions.
- Process and organize payments to third-party suppliers.
- Collaborate with areas such as content editing, logistics, sales, and educational/pedagogical teams.
- Work together with leaders from other departments to align improvement initiatives with corporate objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with process flow analysis and quality.
- Experience with editorial or technology products, such as platforms and applications.
