About the role

  • Evaluate internal and operational processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify problems or inefficiencies.
  • Develop improvement proposals based on analyzed data.
  • Update process documentation as improvements are implemented.
  • Create or revise manuals, flowcharts, or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor the progress of continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage quality, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee process management tools and systems.
  • Use data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to generate insights into process performance and quality.
  • Validate and interpret data to support strategic decisions.
  • Process and organize payments to third-party suppliers.
  • Collaborate with areas such as content editing, logistics, sales, and educational/pedagogical teams.
  • Work together with leaders from other departments to align improvement initiatives with corporate objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with process flow analysis and quality.
  • Experience with editorial or technology products, such as platforms and applications.
