Lead strategic implementation and optimization projects for IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Event Management solutions.
Partner directly with clients in the Saudi Arabia region to analyze needs and deliver customized ServiceNow solutions.
Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules and perform platform customizations.
Enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction through tailored implementations.
Manage project delivery, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with client teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with demonstrated expertise in ITOM modules.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITOM modules highly preferred.
Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects with a focus on targeted modules, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic is a plus.
