Provide residential conveyancing services as a Consultant Property Lawyer or Consultant Property Solicitor
Manage sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ post-qualified experience
Qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
Passion for client service and ability to deliver an exceptional client experience
Drive to build your own caseload
Experience and competency in sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work
Experience of freehold and leasehold property transactions
Strong affinity for digital technology and working smarter
