About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide residential conveyancing services as a Consultant Property Lawyer or Consultant Property Solicitor
- Manage sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity matters
- Handle freehold and leasehold property transactions
- Build and manage your own caseload and source clients
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Set legal fees for clients introduced to Eden
- Use the MyEden case management system and digital technology to work efficiently
- Collaborate with sales, Welcome, finance, administration and technical legal support teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ post-qualified experience
- Qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Passion for client service and ability to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Drive to build your own caseload
- Experience and competency in sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work
- Experience of freehold and leasehold property transactions
- Strong affinity for digital technology and working smarter
