About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Eden’s social presence end-to-end: planning, creating, scheduling, and measuring content across our key platforms - and growing our audience in the process.
- Create content yourself. We’re talking sharp copy, on-brand visuals, and short-form video that stops the scroll.
- Run community management day-to-day. Respond to comments and messages that build a connection with our audiences.
- Develop and run Edens influencer programme, finding the right partners, managing outreach, and ongoing relationships.
- Lead paid social. Build media plans, define audiences, create assets, monitor performance, continually test and optimise.
- Build and deliver Eden’s PR plan. Writing press releases, developing story ideas, landing coverage - making people who should know about Eden, know about Eden.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with journalists, and respond to media enquiries quickly and professionally to ensure we’re front of mind to the people who matter.
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to support campaigns, product launches and brand moments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around 3 to 5 years experience across social, PR and content, ideally across both B2C and B2B.
- A strong writer. Clear, concise, and able to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
- Proven experience planning and managing social channels and content calendars.
- Hands-on experience: writing press releases and pitching stories to journalists.
- Experience in influencer marketing – from identifying potential partners to managing them through to successful delivery.
- Comfortable creating your own assets. Graphics, short-form video, and everything in between.
- Highly organised and proactive – you manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
