About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex business initiatives by defining objectives, assessing business value, sizing financial and operational impact, evaluating risks, and recommending courses of action for senior leadership.
Maintain understanding of market dynamics, competitive trends, client needs, technology shifts, industry developments, and the AI space.
Lead cross-functional workstreams from concept through pilot, launch readiness, and performance monitoring.
Establish milestones, KPIs, decision points, and risk mitigation plans.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align teams and influence decisions.
Prepare leadership-ready materials for internal and external engagements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, financial services, banking/fintech, technology strategy, or business execution.
Experience in investment solutions or wealth management strongly preferred.
Ability to lead complex workstreams or initiatives across strategic framing, analysis, stakeholder alignment, leadership communication, implementation planning, and outcome tracking.
Executive-quality PowerPoint skills, including story lining, visual synthesis, and tailoring messages for SLT/Board.
Excel/Sheets proficiency, including market and competitive analysis, basic financial modeling, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
Ability to influence without authority and escalate thoughtfully.
Experience evaluating AI/ML solutions in regulated financial services environments preferred.
