About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, integrate and execute testing activities using HiL and SiL environments for automotive systems.
Drive end-to-end validation activities, including test planning, test case development, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Create and derive test cases from system requirements and perform keyword-based test specification.
Perform ADAS testing, simulation, and virtual validation using tools such as IPG CarMaker, Hexagon VTD, or dSPACE Aurelion.
Collaborate closely with modeling, simulation, and testing teams to ensure effective system validation.
Manage test cases, reviews, and validation activities using Codebeamer, including review hub setup and administration.
Analyze test results, identify issues, support error analysis, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Maintain high-quality standards by following defined processes, procedures, and engineering guidelines.
Interact with customers and global teams to discuss technical topics, progress, and validation results.
Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with HiL and SiL testing environments in automotive projects.
Experience with test automation frameworks and automation concepts.
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
Experience in ADAS testing, simulation, and virtual validation using tools such as IPG CarMaker, Hexagon VTD, or dSPACE.
Experience in keyword-based test specification and deriving test cases from system requirements.
Hands-on experience with Codebeamer for test case management, review workflows, and administration activities.
Ability to work collaboratively with modeling, testing, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills with experience in direct customer interaction.
Self-driven, proactive, and independent working style with a strong motivation for continuous learning and skill development.
