About the role

  • Lead the structuring, analysis and management of technical documentation and regulatory requirements applicable to vehicle systems, acting as a liaison with headquarters and internal interfaces, ensuring regulatory compliance, process integration and support for global homologation programs.
  • Represent the local team before headquarters, enabling technical alignments and regulatory processes.
  • Serve as the interface with headquarters for engineering, homologation and global stakeholders.
  • Ensure traceability, technical consistency and compliance with the criteria required by homologation authorities and headquarters.
  • Guide the team in prioritizing and executing Work Package (WP) activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Production or related fields) or equivalent technical areas.
  • Knowledge of the automotive product development lifecycle and methodology, preferably involving global platforms.
  • Experience in global projects or active participation in multinational initiatives.
  • Fluent German required, with the ability to conduct daily technical alignments with headquarters and interpret procedural documentation.
  • Advanced English for technical reading, documentation support and additional international interfacing.
  • Hybrid work arrangement in São Bernardo do Campo, SP (Brazil).
