About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading and managing an admissions team
Provide professional, high quality customer service to potential students
Ensure campus targets are achieved while maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity
Conduct annual performance evaluations of Admissions Representatives and Assistant Campus Director of Admissions, if applicable
Manage remote admissions team to ensure that inquiries are followed up with in a timely manner
Represent the school both on and off campus to prospective students, parents and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process
Conduct remote-based admissions training as required
Develop, plan and execute on-campus events and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years working in higher education admissions with at least 12 months in a leadership role
Reliable high-speed internet required
Any equivalent combination of education and experience
