Campus Director of Admissions – Online
ECPI UniversityCampus Director of Admissions overseeing admissions processes for ECPI University's Online program. Leading and managing a remote admissions team to ensure student success and compliance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for leading and managing an admissions team
- Provide professional, high quality customer service to potential students
- Ensure campus targets are achieved while maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity
- Conduct annual performance evaluations of Admissions Representatives and Assistant Campus Director of Admissions, if applicable
- Manage remote admissions team to ensure that inquiries are followed up with in a timely manner
- Represent the school both on and off campus to prospective students, parents and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process
- Conduct remote-based admissions training as required
- Develop, plan and execute on-campus events and programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years working in higher education admissions with at least 12 months in a leadership role
- Reliable high-speed internet required
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience
