About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the admissions department
Ensure timely customer service for prospective students
Assist in the development and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student body
Supervise and mentor a team of admissions representatives
Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students
Work closely with marketing, financial aid, and academic departments
Monitor and analyze admissions data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields
Minimum of 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience in an online or remote learning environment is a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and admissions software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
