Tax Expert, French Desk
ECOVIS KSOTax expert role at ECOVIS KSO managing French-speaking clients' tax matters. Collaborating on financial accounting, tax declarations, and supporting audits within a team environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Comprehensive advice and full-service support for your own French-speaking client portfolio on all tax matters
- Independent preparation of financial accounting, tax returns and annual financial statements for various company types and sizes
- Support during tax, external and special audits and active participation in special projects
- Review of tax matters including handling individual enquiries across different areas of tax law
- Independent correspondence with tax authorities and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in economics or law (ideally with a focus on tax law) or completed vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte)
- Relevant professional experience in a firm environment
- Very good German and French language skills are required
- Optional: planning to take the tax advisor exam in the future? We are happy to support you!
- Experience with DATEV or other accounting software and a confident command of MS Office
- Willingness to bring your personality and sense of humor to our team
