Technical ownership and support for the internal team
Administration of our WordPress environment (plugins, updates, security) and internal tools (ERP systems, databases)
Play a key role within the team, linking technical problem-solving with the evolution of our digital infrastructure
Testing and quality assurance (manual and automated)
Development of extensions/plugins for WordPress using PHP and JavaScript
Implement strategic objectives in the areas of security, compliance, and scalability
Create documentation and provide team training as needed

Requirements

2–5 years of professional experience in a technical environment
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Make / n8n / Zapier), API integration (REST / GraphQL), databases, and AI integration
Experience with live production operations (maintenance, monitoring, staging environments)
Technical knowledge of FTP, Git, and ticketing systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills: able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Very good German and confident English
