About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You work with warm leads — people who want to apply for the start-up grant — and support them in getting into AVGS coaching.
- You provide telephone advice, offer guidance, and lead them in a structured way to the next step (apply for the AVGS voucher → start coaching).
- Telephone consultations with genuine customer proximity: listening, assessing, and providing clarity
- Follow-ups & appointment management: you manage multiple cases simultaneously and keep them organized
- Resolve objections and uncertainties — empathetically, calmly, and reliably
- Combine a service and sales mindset: be helpful and consistently drive toward closing
- Document in the CRM and hand over cleanly to the coaching team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial training or a business-related degree
- Fluent German & English
- Experience in customer-facing roles: sales, consulting, or Customer Success/Service
- Strong on the phone: conversation management, structure, objection handling, and closing skills
- Organized & reliable: you work independently and proactively
- Hands-on: you take initiative, follow through, and complete tasks
