Group Reporting Manager
Ecologi | B Corp™Group Reporting Manager responsible for monthly IFRS consolidation and collaborative statutory reporting. Engaging in projects within a global PLC environment requiring strong financial acumen.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run the monthly Group IFRS consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow)
- Post and review consolidation journals in SAP BPC
- Analyse results and provide clear, useful commentary (not just number dumps)
- Review submissions from regional teams—challenge where needed
- Work closely with Treasury, Tax and FP&A to validate reporting
- Support half-year and year-end statutory reporting, including notes and disclosures
- Liaise with external auditors and prepare technical accounting papers
- Get involved in projects—restructures, acquisitions, disposals, new standards
- Spot inefficiencies and improve processes where you can
Requirements
What you’ll need- ACA or ACCA qualified, with ~2+ years PQE
- Experience running or supporting multi-currency consolidations
- Solid understanding of IFRS and listed company reporting
- A good grasp of financial controls (and what “good” actually looks like)
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines without losing the plot
- Strong attention to detail—you’ll pick things up others miss
- Confidence to challenge and communicate with finance teams globally
- A practical, “get it done” mindset
- Nice to Have: Experience with SAP BPC or similar consolidation tools
- Exposure to FTSE-listed reporting environments
