- Lead and mobilize a team of marketing managers, fostering a culture of high performance, creativity, and collaboration.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs to align the marketing team with company-wide goals.
- Provide strategic thought leadership on campaign execution, messaging, and creative development.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to generate MQLs and drive topline revenue.
- Optimize marketing automation and CRM tools to enhance lead nurturing and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute brand messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage agency and freelance partners to expand design, motion graphics, video, and creative production capacity.
- Strategically plan and activate an annual calendar of industry, customer, and proprietary events to enhance brand awareness.
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive awareness and adoption of new products and features.
Requirements
- An ability to anticipate and respond to market trends, developing and executing strategies that position Echo360 for growth.
- A deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and how to position Echo360 as a differentiated learning solution in both higher education and corporate markets.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms, with a track record of applying them to improve campaign velocity, personalization, and ROI.
- Proven experience leading messaging, branding, and creative campaign development at a global scale.
- Ability to collaborate across global regions (North America, EMEA, APAC) to adapt and execute unified marketing campaigns.
- A test-and-learn approach to marketing that embraces innovation, experimentation, and rapid optimization.
- A proven ability to turn strategies into results with precision, efficiency, and measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for measuring success and optimizing performance.
- Ability to motivate and lead internal team and external agency partners, while working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
