About the role

  • Define and evolve the product's strategic vision, aligned with business objectives and corporate strategy.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear problems and testable hypotheses.
  • Lead, mentor and develop two Product professionals (POs), fostering autonomy, technical excellence and career growth.
  • Ensure consistency of Product Management practices, prioritization and metrics across the products/squads under your responsibility.
  • Act as a technical and strategic reference for the Product team.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX/UI teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure a well-defined, prioritized and refined backlog, with clear stories and objective acceptance criteria.
  • Track deliveries, remove impediments and ensure quality, timeliness and delivered value.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, Machine Learning and Analytics to create or enhance digital products.
  • Define AI use cases, success criteria and impact metrics (e.g., efficiency, conversion, cost reduction, user experience).
  • Ensure principles of responsible data use, ethics, privacy and regulatory compliance.
  • Define and monitor Product KPIs and OKRs focused on outcomes (e.g., adoption, retention, NPS, revenue, operational efficiency).
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.
  • Run continuous cycles of discovery, experimentation and learning.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager working with digital products.
  • Proven experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Continuous Discovery).
  • Experience leading or coordinating Product professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills and use of metrics for decision-making.
  • Knowledge of data-driven and/or AI-based digital products.
  • Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements for technical teams.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at different levels (technical, executive and business).
