About the role

  • Conduct surveillance, accreditation and re-accreditation audits at training providers within your deployment region
  • Assess premises and technical equipment in accordance with NiSV requirements using an internal checklist
  • Review safety-relevant aspects (e.g., warning notices, hygiene and safety requirements) according to an internal checklist
  • Examine training and examination documentation (course curricula, instructor and physician qualifications, participant and examination records) according to an internal checklist
  • Evaluate the technical and didactic quality of practical training content based on an internal checklist
  • Identify and document non-conformities
  • Prepare structured audit reports and communicate findings to the certification program management
  • Work closely with the head of the certification program

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of non-ionising radiation (NiSV)
  • Many years (min. 5 years) of practical experience in cosmetic or device-based treatment applications
  • State-recognised cosmetician
  • Extensive practical experience in the relevant NiSV speciality
  • Desirable: pedagogical understanding of training concepts for device-based cosmetic applications
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17024 and quality-assured examination procedures
  • Experience in adult education, medical technology or regulated personal services
  • Experience in evaluating training materials and qualification documentation
  • Experience conducting audits or inspections
  • Analytical mindset and structured way of working
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Confident, professional presence in audits and technical discussions
