Key responsibilities & impact

Build monthly financial packs covering revenue, costs, margins, cash flow, and key variances.
Create cash flow forecasts and early-warning systems for liquidity, receivables, and cost pressure.
Track profitability by project, business area, client, and offer.
Support invoicing, collections follow-up, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
Identify unnecessary costs, weak margins, and sources of financial leakage.
Make finance a live decision-support tool, not a late-stage reporting function.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background in finance, controlling, accounting, or FP&A.
Commercially minded and willing to challenge weak economics.
Comfortable building dashboards and simple financial models.
Detail-oriented without slowing execution.
Able to communicate financial reality clearly and directly.
