About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and maintenance for Oracle Procurement environments;
Provide functional support for RI (Receiving), Purchasing (Oracle EBS) modules, and Oracle Procurement Cloud;
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and enhancement requests;
Perform configurations and parameterizations as needed;
Interact with key users and technical teams to understand and resolve requests;
Support continuous improvement of clients' Procurement processes;
Support national and international clients, ensuring quality and compliance with service levels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with RI (Receiving) and Purchasing modules in Oracle EBS;
Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud;
Experience in support/maintenance activities (AMS/Support);
Knowledge of Procurement business processes;
Advanced English for communication with global clients;
Strong analytical skills, communication, and client relationship abilities;
Spanish (desirable);
Oracle certifications in Procurement;
Experience working in environments serving international clients.
