About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor real estate registration processes with notary/registry offices;
  • Draft contractual amendments, extrajudicial notices and various legal documents;
  • Provide legal support to the Client Relations team;
  • Provide legal assistance and clarifications to clients;
  • Manage deadlines, documents and administrative workflows for the area;
  • Record and monitor payments for the legal department;
  • Act as interface with notary/registry offices, internal departments and external partners;
  • Support area-related requests and document regularization;
  • Assist in organizing and tracking internal departmental processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree (in progress or completed);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Previous experience in a real estate developer, construction company, real estate agency or law firm (a plus);
  • Experience with notary/registry offices, real estate registration or document regularization;
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts;
  • Experience in client service and legal administrative routines.
