Legal Assistant – Client Relations
ebmProvide legal and administrative support for real estate documentation and client requests in a hybrid work environment. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency in processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor real estate registration processes with notary/registry offices;
- Draft contractual amendments, extrajudicial notices and various legal documents;
- Provide legal support to the Client Relations team;
- Provide legal assistance and clarifications to clients;
- Manage deadlines, documents and administrative workflows for the area;
- Record and monitor payments for the legal department;
- Act as interface with notary/registry offices, internal departments and external partners;
- Support area-related requests and document regularization;
- Assist in organizing and tracking internal departmental processes.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree (in progress or completed);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Previous experience in a real estate developer, construction company, real estate agency or law firm (a plus);
- Experience with notary/registry offices, real estate registration or document regularization;
- Knowledge of real estate contracts;
- Experience in client service and legal administrative routines.
