About the role
- Prepare Physical Schedule;
- Prepare Financial Schedule;
- Prepare Procurement/Supplies Schedule;
- Prepare S-curve;
- Manage construction deadlines in the short, medium and long term;
- Control disbursements;
- Manage financial agent;
- Site visits;
- Generate KPIs;
- Create physical/financial controls;
- Cost control;
- Other related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, or related fields;
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the area;
- Experience in the construction sector, preparing construction costs and quantity takeoffs;
- MS Office (Intermediate/Advanced);
- Microsoft Project (Intermediate/Advanced);
- Experience with ERP systems (Sienge);
- Knowledge of Power BI (advantage).
