About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the trainer hosting online training sessions and events creating wow experiences for schools, teachers and parents
- Be the facilitator working with other trainers delivering online mentorship sessions
- Ensure smooth running of each live training session, keeping the energy and engagement high during the sessions
- Interpret participants’ feedback, receive questions and facilitate answering of the questions from multiple channels, including private messages within the live streaming software, social media, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Needs, Communication or equivalent
- Significant experience in hosting online events
- Significant experience in training teachers online and offline
- Tech-savvy with various online tools (Zoom, Canva, MS Office etc.)
