About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce customizations and applications using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools
Build scalable and secure solutions on Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud
Implement and optimize Accounting Seed to streamline financial operations
Integrate payment gateways for smooth and secure transaction processing
Develop and maintain CPQ solutions for pricing and quoting workflows
Build custom components for unique business requirements
Use the Salesforce Marketplace to design and deploy apps and solutions
Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions
Design scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business goals and best practices
Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, third-party systems, and internal platforms
Mentor junior developers
Collaborate with UI/UX, support, project management, and other cross-functional teams
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce technical issues
Refactor and optimize code for efficiency and scalability
Stay current with Salesforce updates and implement new features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience
Hands-on experience with Accounting Seed configuration and customization
Proficiency in Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud implementation
Expertise building modern, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools
Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP integrations
Salesforce certifications preferred, including Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Commerce Cloud Developer
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git preferred
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies preferred
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern front-end development tools preferred
Knowledge of financial applications preferred
