About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed
- Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers

Requirements
What you’ll need- Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure
- 1–3 years of ABA experience (preferred)
