Community Engagement & Support – Help manage online and offline communities by responding to member inquiries, promoting discussions, and building relationships that enhance belonging and participation.
Social Media Interaction – Monitor and contribute to social platforms by engaging with followers, amplifying community voices, and driving conversations relevant to the AgrifoodTech world.
Online Events & Activations – Assist in the planning and execution of online networking events, webinars, and program-related activities that drive engagement and create value for the community.
Content Creation & Storytelling – Collaborate on crafting engaging content (posts, updates, newsletters) to spotlight community members, share industry news, and promote upcoming opportunities.
Community Insights & Feedback – Collect and analyze community feedback to identify needs, suggest improvements, and help shape future engagement strategies.
CRM & Database Management – Maintain accurate community records, update contact lists, and support the use of CRM tools to track interactions and engagement metrics.
Requirements
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SIGN AN INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT THROUGH YOUR UNIVERSITY FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields
Strong interest in startups, innovation, or the food-tech space
People-Oriented: great interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders
Strong Communicator: excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized & Detail-Oriented: ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Digital Native: comfortable using social media, email platforms, Metricool, Eventbrite, Slack, Notion, etc., and quick to learn new platforms
Proactive & Curious: eager to learn and take initiative
Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken); Italian or other languages are a plus
