About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively anticipates, plans, organizes, and directs operations of assigned practices
- Identifies, develops, and executes strategic opportunities to increase access and drive revenue
- Oversees all operations to ensure efficient clinic operations and flow through standardized processes
- Supports practices with in-depth workflow evaluations and action plans for improvement
- Works collaboratively with practice managers and ensures staff training
- Facilitates stewardship and fiscal responsibility to meet budget expectations
- Ensures compliance of revenue cycle policies and maintains sound communication with physicians
- Develops strategies to handle new tasks and oversees the patient experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field (preferred)
- BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (preferred)
- 3 years of healthcare management experience (required)
- 2 years management in multiple physician practices or physician networks in multiple practice locations (preferred)
