About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools
- Connect and integrate various APIs and systems
- Optimize and advance existing processes through AI-driven approaches
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows
- Collaborate with business units to identify new use cases
- Document work and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code, VibeCoding, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
- Experience designing and understanding automated workflows and system logic
- Knowledge of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and data integration
- Analytical thinking and a structured working style
- Enthusiasm for automation and AI-driven solutions
- Understanding of process optimization and technical interfaces
- German or English language skills at least B2 level
