About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ongoing development and modernization of our in-house e-commerce platform
- Implementation of new features: product catalog, payment and shipping integrations, campaign and discount logic
- Active involvement in the stack migration toward modern frontend frameworks (React / Vue)
- Integration of AI/LLM functionalities into existing and new modules
- Analysis and optimization of existing modules: performance, maintainability, usability
- Planning and execution of deployments, including version control and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid understanding of legacy .NET
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, especially stored procedures and T-SQL
- Confident use of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development
- Systems and architecture mindset, not just lines of code
- Structured, analytical thinking and a self-directed working style
- Good German or English skills (at least B2) – multilingual candidates welcome
