About the role

  • Perform complete registration of new products in internal systems, including:
  • Enter product master data
  • Create tickets
  • Upload product images
  • Configure pricing
  • Enter and manage inventory levels
  • Create and organize product information tabs
  • Handle activation and deactivation of product campaigns
  • Create manual orders and wholesale orders as required
  • Execute stock replenishments to ensure product availability
  • Support operational control of the active product portfolio
  • Prepare and send weekly monitoring reports
  • Maintain organization, standardization, and up-to-date information in systems

Requirements

  • High school diploma required (currently enrolled in higher education is a plus)
  • Previous experience with administrative or operational routines
  • Experience with product registration, catalog management, or operations
  • Experience entering data in systems
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Attention to detail, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Organized and analytical profile
  • Good concentration and attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and responsibility for meeting deadlines
  • Good communication skills for interacting with different areas
