About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate and determine products and features to build and deliver to customers
- Build, align, and motivate cross-functional teams around customer pain points and innovative solutions
- Lead multiple products when required
- Articulate product strategy and vision across the enterprise
- Bring customer feedback and insights into product design
- Collaborate with marketing, research, analytics, design, development, technology, and DevRel partners
- Develop value-added solutions using market and industry insights
- Oversee integration of risk and security controls and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Define requirements and groom user stories
- Motivate technical teams and partner closely with technology
- Own developer-facing documentation clarity, consistency, governance, and editorial standards
- Lead documentation platform evolution and manage the vendor relationship
- Integrate modern tooling into the developer portal and define metrics for onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or post-secondary degree with at least 4 years of related work experience
- 9 or more years of progressive related work experience for the bachelor's-degree pathway
- Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development processes and methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Proven experience and passion for building and delivering products
- Experience setting product strategy and roadmaps and meeting product revenue targets
- Excellent listening and execution skills
- Background and drug screen
- For Developer Portal & Tools: documentation quality and governance experience
- For Developer Portal & Tools: developer experience and platform ownership, including vendor relationship management
- For Developer Portal & Tools: developer tools and productivity enablement experience
- Preferred: Master's degree
- Preferred: certifications in design thinking and/or agile
- Preferred: prior experience in payments, financial services, or a similar regulated industry
- Preferred: people management experience
- Independent eligibility to work in the United States for any employer at the date of hire
