Recruitment Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with sourcing and identifying candidates across job boards and professional networks
- Screen resumes and support candidate shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience
- Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives
- Assist with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship
- Preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
