About the role
- Collaborate with key players in the European energy market
- Plan, implement and manage projects in areas such as energy trading, risk management, sales trading, and cloud hosting
- Analyze business and IT processes, elicit requirements and design trading solutions
- Improve how customers use our solutions and optimize their individual configurations
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction — you will be the primary contact for our customers
- Contribute to product development in a changing and growing market
- Expand your knowledge of energy trading and trading technologies
- Support our sales team with your expertise
Requirements
- Valid work authorization
- Degree in (business) informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business administration, or a comparable field of study or training
- Solid practical experience in project management, requirements engineering, business analysis, and the design and specification of trading solutions
- Excellent analytical skills, a strong team orientation, and an independent, detail-oriented working style
- A strong passion for IT; knowledge of hosting, cloud infrastructure, SQL, databases, XML, or development skills is a plus
- A hands-on attitude and commitment to addressing project challenges to deliver and implement customer requirements
- Ideally, some prior experience in energy/commodity trading and customer acquisition
- Very good English skills (C1)
- German language skills are a plus
