Electrical Engineer

• Participate in all phases of testing avionics flight and ground hardware for E-Space satellites.
• Work collaboratively with engineers of various disciplines to develop the automated test framework for satellite avionics and systems including test methods, custom PCBAs, harnesses, and other hardware.
• Own the custom functional test equipment design from clean sheet to flight hardware production test.
• Develop functional test PCBA and other hardware requirements, architectures, and con-ops in collaboration with other engineering disciplines.
• Schematic capture and PCB layout of power, digital, and analog instrumentation circuit PCBAs using Altium Designer.
• Develop test strategies and plans in collaboration with flight HW designers and other engineering disciplines.
• PCBA and other HW manufacturing, design validation, and integration of automated test systems.
• Circuit simulation and analysis in SPICE, Excel, etc.
• Support SW engineers in the development of automated test control software.
• Execute flight hardware qualification and production acceptance testing including ambient functional and environmental tests.
• Support DUT anomaly resolution.
• Contribute to the development of engineering and production best practices to support most efficient manufacturing.
• Report to the Test Engineering Lead and work closely with the Test, Electrical, and Systems Engineering teams.
