Sales Consultant – Cybersecurity

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage enterprise portfolios and critical projects, ensuring excellence in the customer experience
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving growth of the customer base
- Build and maintain close relationships with decision-makers and executives (C-level)
- Lead contract renewal processes, ensuring retention and account expansion
- Act as a bridge between the client and technical teams, monitoring deliverables and ensuring alignment
- Translate business needs into valuable technical solutions, communicating clearly and strategically
- Monitor portfolio KPIs and act with a focus on performance and results
- Use market-standard CRM tools to manage pipeline and opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in account management (Farmer model), with a focus on relationship building and expansion
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions such as CrowdStrike, Akamai, Tenable, Cequence, CTI platforms, Sophos, and others
- Analytical ability to understand technical risks and translate them into customer value
- Resilient, organized profile with a sense of urgency and a strong targets orientation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
