About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage enterprise portfolios and critical projects, ensuring excellence in the customer experience
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving growth of the customer base
  • Build and maintain close relationships with decision-makers and executives (C-level)
  • Lead contract renewal processes, ensuring retention and account expansion
  • Act as a bridge between the client and technical teams, monitoring deliverables and ensuring alignment
  • Translate business needs into valuable technical solutions, communicating clearly and strategically
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs and act with a focus on performance and results
  • Use market-standard CRM tools to manage pipeline and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in account management (Farmer model), with a focus on relationship building and expansion
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions such as CrowdStrike, Akamai, Tenable, Cequence, CTI platforms, Sophos, and others
  • Analytical ability to understand technical risks and translate them into customer value
  • Resilient, organized profile with a sense of urgency and a strong targets orientation
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
