Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects from end to end: You are the driving force behind our demanding TYPO3 projects. From the initial idea through conception and implementation to a successful go-live – you keep everything under control.
Delight and advise clients: As the central point of contact for our well-known clients (e.g., DRK, VBB, Berliner Bäder-Betriebe), you ensure smooth communication and build long-term partnerships.
Translate between worlds: You are fluent in both “client” and “developer” and ensure that requirements are clearly defined and understood.
Lead teams to success: You lead interdisciplinary teams across UX design, development and system administration and motivate them to deliver outstanding results.
Keep goals in sight: You are responsible for budgets, timelines and the quality of your projects and ensure we not only meet but exceed our targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Agency experience: You have several years of professional experience managing digital projects and are familiar with the fast-paced agency environment.
Project management DNA: You’re a natural organizer. Complex tasks, unexpected challenges and tight deadlines don’t faze you – you always have a Plan B (and C) ready.
Basic technical understanding: You have experience with common CMS platforms (TYPO3 is a plus, not a must!) and terms like SEO, UX, HTML/CSS and agile methods are not foreign to you.
Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly, proactively and on equal footing – both within the team and with clients.
Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team, share your knowledge and like celebrating successes together.
