About the role

  • You are the driving force behind our demanding TYPO3 projects. From the initial idea through conception and implementation to a successful go-live, you keep all threads in hand.
  • As the central point of contact for our well-known clients (e.g., DRK, VBB, Berliner Bäder-Betriebe), you ensure smooth communication and build long-term partnerships.
  • You speak fluent "client" and "developer" and make sure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • You lead interdisciplinary teams comprising UX designers, developers and system administrators and motivate them to deliver top performance.
  • You are responsible for the budgets, timelines and quality of your projects and make sure we not only meet but exceed our goals.

Requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience managing digital projects and are familiar with the fast-paced environment of an agency.
  • You are a true organizational talent.
  • You have experience with common CMS platforms (TYPO3 is a plus, not a must!) and terms like SEO, UX, HTML/CSS or agile methodologies are familiar to you.
  • You communicate clearly, proactively and on equal footing — within the team and with clients.
  • You enjoy working in a team, sharing your knowledge and celebrating successes together.
