About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure execution and governance of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across country teams
- Maintain data integrity (cost centers, scheduling, financial records) and support issue resolution with the business
- Manage asset tracking, including capitalization and ongoing administration
- Perform financial approvals according to the regional approval matrix (ERP and banking systems)
- Support annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting and ongoing financial tracking (revenue, costs, payments)
- Prepare local financial reports and serve as the point of contact for auditors and compliance matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Some prior experience in financial operations, controlling, or accounting
- Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., P2P, reporting, budgeting)
- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions
- Structured and proactive working style with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
