About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide development and operations & maintenance (O&M) support for a production Java application with a Postgres backend and a Tomcat/JBoss application server.
Work in an AWS cloud environment, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
Collaborate with both government and contractor teams to support all aspects of application development.
Gather, analyze, and develop enhancement specifications and requirements based on system owner input.
Be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to production support.
Design, develop, test, and manage application development projects in support of IT infrastructure.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
A solid foundation in Computer Science is required, with either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience
Java (JEE Development)
Strong JavaScript/Ajax Application Development
Angular version 14 or above (5+ years’ experience in this skill)
Spring Boot & Spring Data JPA
Tomcat /JBoss
PostgreSQL
