About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery and onboarding of applications within a multi-tenant, high-availability enterprise platform undergoing active migration from legacy systems.
  • Operate in a complex, dependency-driven environment, partnering with application teams, platform engineering, database services, and security stakeholders.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, processes are structured, and onboarding pathways are executable.
  • Engage with application teams and stakeholders to elicit, refine, and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable inputs for engineering, platform, and support teams.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, onboarding guides, and operational workflows for platform integration.
  • Align requirements with ongoing delivery activities and coordinate across teams to ensure work progresses in the correct sequence.
  • Identify and surface cross-team dependencies that may impact onboarding or migration timelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar position with a large organization.
  • Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week in Washington, DC.
  • Experience gathering and translating business and technical requirements in complex IT environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience documenting workflows, process maps, and system interactions.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
