About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the delivery and onboarding of applications within a multi-tenant, high-availability enterprise platform undergoing active migration from legacy systems.
Operate in a complex, dependency-driven environment, partnering with application teams, platform engineering, database services, and security stakeholders.
Ensure requirements are clearly defined, processes are structured, and onboarding pathways are executable.
Engage with application teams and stakeholders to elicit, refine, and validate business and technical requirements.
Translate customer needs into actionable inputs for engineering, platform, and support teams.
Develop and maintain process flows, onboarding guides, and operational workflows for platform integration.
Align requirements with ongoing delivery activities and coordinate across teams to ensure work progresses in the correct sequence.
Identify and surface cross-team dependencies that may impact onboarding or migration timelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field of study.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar position with a large organization.
Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week in Washington, DC.
Experience gathering and translating business and technical requirements in complex IT environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
Experience documenting workflows, process maps, and system interactions.
Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
