Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing complex programs to ensure successful delivery of customer and corporate objectives.
Oversees cross‑functional initiatives, manages schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Serves as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
Provides leadership and vision to client and project teams and serves as a key facilitator between multiple teams.
Ensures the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting contract deliverables.
Identifies and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance improvement measures.
Regular interface with senior management, design engineers, stakeholders, implementation team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, and control.
Leads and trains junior staff.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 5+ years of experience with BA/BS, 7+ years of experience with AA/AA, or years of experience may be substituted with 9 years experience in program management.
Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience managing large-scale IT projects.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities.
Results-driven.
