Key responsibilities & impact

Play a central role in enhancing governance, release readiness, and enterprise workflow consistency
Oversee the full lifecycle of technology changes across configuration tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
Ensure that all change-control processes are executed with transparency and tracked through effective dashboard reporting
Administer workflows, enforce standards, and maintain team boards
Drive ongoing enhancements to change governance
Communicate processes and train teams to understand and follow change-control expectations
Manage change control activities and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in change management or release/change governance
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Proven ability to set up consistent Jira boards, Confluence spaces, and governance dashboards that roll up to leadership reporting
Strong understanding of workflow design and enterprise governance practices
Jira administration experience strongly preferred
Advanced Jira configuration or Jira Admin certification
Experience administering Confluence spaces and structured documentation
ServiceNow Change Management experience
