About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide analytical, operational, and programmatic support to enhance program performance and organizational effectiveness.
Analyze program data, performance metrics, and operational trends to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Support planning, coordination, and execution of agency initiatives and projects.
Collaborate with program offices, support planning, coordination, and stakeholders across functional areas.
Assist with business process improvements, digital transformation, and modernization efforts.
Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations based on data analysis.
Ensure compliance with agency standards, federal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor program performance and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience supporting or leading cross-functional programs or initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with program performance management and operational processes.
Experience in government or public sector environments.
Knowledge of federal policies, compliance requirements, or regulatory frameworks.
Experience supporting transformation or modernization initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
