About the role
- Responsible for designing, building, and supporting the technical integrations and EBS extensions required to connect an agency’s Oracle EBS environment to the U.S. Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service G-Invoicing platform for intragovernmental transactions (IGT).
- Translate Treasury and agency requirements into technical designs and deliver outbound/inbound interface processing across the full G-Invoicing lifecycle—General Terms & Conditions (GT&C), Orders, Performance/Receiving, and Invoices.
- Developing and troubleshooting PL/SQL, EBS interfaces/APIs, concurrent programs, BI Publisher/XML artifacts, and middleware/integration components to meet G-Invoicing interface specifications.
- Supporting test cycles and cutovers; resolving production defects while adhering to federal security and compliance expectations.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS data model and integrations
- Disciplined approach to data quality and exception management
- Ability to collaborate with functional finance stakeholders, integration teams, and external partners to ensure timely, compliant IGT processing through G-Invoicing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet Teammates and clients, and business partners.
- Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in the Federal agencies we serve.
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
- Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers.
