Efficiently manage the assigned client portfolio, ensuring a personalized approach;
Develop collaborative relationships with clients, prioritizing a deep understanding of their needs;
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals tailored to clients' specific requirements;
Record all activities in the CRM, including client information, contacts, and business opportunities;
Monitor department sales targets and develop new strategies to enhance the company's competitiveness;
Prepare itineraries, conduct client visits, and participate in events as needed to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities;
Contribute to and promote information security practices and the privacy of confidential and restricted data in departmental and company routines.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability;
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in International Business, Project Management, Sales, or related areas is desirable;
Commercial/sales experience is desirable.
