Senior Management Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support in project analysis, workflow management, and process improvement
- Develop and prepare briefing charts and presentations
- Manage suspense tasks and deadlines
- Oversee records management processes
- Assist with security inspections
- Coordinate and track travel and training schedules
- Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams sites
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Handle tasking and coordination across teams
- Conduct research and analyze data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years of experience
- MA/MS degree desired
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Knowledge of DAFH 33-337 Tongue and Quill and AFMAN 33-326 guidelines
- Experience in technical documentation and preparing reports
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in data management and SharePoint/Teams site management
- Experience supporting security inspections
- Ability to conduct research and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in administrative support
