Serve as the definitive subject matter expert on DoD contracting processes and ECWM
Analyze DoD contracting workflows for improvement and optimization
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
Support testing and validation of ECWM and related systems
Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and federal policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in federal acquisition lifecycle
Hands-on experience equating to mid-to-senior level federal contract specialist
Demonstrated expert level knowledge to solve complex contracting challenges related to IT systems
Baseline technical understanding of complex systems
Proven knowledge of Procurement Data Standard (PDS) and Purchase Request Data Standard (PRDS)
Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) handshake integrations
Hands-on experience with electronic contracting systems (e.g., CON-IT, ECWM, PRISM, SPS/PD2, FPDS-NG, SAM)
Must be a US Citizen
Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Business Systems Analysis Experience: Five (5) years as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or equivalent role
