About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Human Capital activities, advising stakeholders and assisting with issue resolution and process improvement.
- Support HR operations using Federal HR and related systems for accurate case processing, tracking, and documentation.
- Utilize NFC personnel and payroll provider systems as needed for support actions and coordination.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years of experience in Federal Human Capital support activities or 6 years of relevant work experience.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Advanced experience providing Federal Human Capital support services in accordance with OPM and agency-specific guidance and regulations.
- 3 to 5 years of Subject Matter Expert experience in Human Capital support activities.
- 3 to 5 years of experience providing Federal Agency support services.
- Working experience with NFC personnel and payroll providers.
- Working experience with government HR systems including eOPF, EmpowHR, GovTA, FHR Navigator, etc.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and business analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
