About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform conflict-of-interest searches in Intapp Open database and other required sources for all new clients/matters, internal searches and updates
Perform conflict of interest checks and makes preliminary review of the results for lateral hires
Monitor the integrity of the system’s operations and ensure accuracy of data maintained in the system
Perform corporate family research
Maintain appropriate data in Intapp Open and Aderant
Maintain search logs for Intapp Open conflict searches
Perform other basic clerical duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum two (2) years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department required
Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and/or workflow system preferred
Knowledge of Intapp Open a plus
Minimum two (2) years of general record keeping and/or filing experience required
Background in corporate research or library-related work a plus
