About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency team
- Brief the creative team on design and copy and estimate the effort required for each task
- Plan and monitor timelines, deadlines, and dependencies
- Provide feedback on drafts and review content, messaging, and CTAs
- Take on smaller deliverables yourself when needed
- Flag early when capacity, processes, or quality are at risk
- Share best practices with other PMs in the network
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Several years of experience as a project manager in an agency
- Ideally: campaign experience across multiple channels, including social media
- Strong eye for design and a good sense for copy
- Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
- Willingness to travel
- Preferably based near Bonn
- Fluent German (business proficiency)
