About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and refine requirements for existing and new B2B products together with the business unit and the Product Owner (PO)
Facilitate and structure strategy processes related to the further development of the B2B product portfolio
Navigate complex stakeholder constellations confidently — including proactive expectation management with a demanding PO
Bring the UX perspective into strategy and requirements discussions without diving into hands-on operational design
Create clarity, structure, and transparency: present options, advocate recommendations, and drive decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of senior consulting experience — ideally in regulated environments (finance, insurance, corporate contexts)
Solid UX expertise: you understand the discipline, can evaluate hypotheses and speak the language of UX practitioners — even without doing hands-on design yourself
Proven competence in requirements engineering and facilitating complex requirements processes
Senior-level stakeholder management: you operate diplomatically but assertively between business, tech, and end customers
Strategic thinking combined with translation skills — you make your domain understandable to non-UX stakeholders
