About the role
- Planning, setup and optimization of paid social campaigns
- Campaign management across relevant platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Support with Google Ads and programmatic display campaigns
- Development of efficient campaign structures and testing setups
- Budget control and performance optimization
- Implementation and monitoring of tracking and analytics
- Creation of performance reports and derivation of action-oriented recommendations
- Collaboration with the agency creative team to make optimal use of available assets
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in performance marketing / paid advertising
- Practical experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
- Experience with Google Ads / programmatic display (DV360)
- Understanding of tracking, analytics and campaign evaluation
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Optional: experience with automotive or mobility brands
- Optional: experience with tracking setups and landing page optimization
- Optional: experience with reporting setups for client presentations
